Ethics & responsibility

Aircontact Group is strongly focused on running our business in a responsible and ethical way.

We aim to win our clients’ trust by delivering the best possible solutions, and to have the best suppliers by treating them fairly and by being organised and accountable. We aim to have the best employees for exactly the same reasons. We do things properly, and we succeed because we are the best at what we do.

With our ethical guidelines, which you will read more about in our Code of Counduct, not only must we comply with the law but we are also committed to conducting business in a way that builds trust, promotes respect and exercises integrity. All employees in the group are trained in business practice and ethics annually in cooperation with LRN.

The Transparancy Act (Åpenhetsloven)

The Act applies to larger enterprises that are resident in Norway and that offer goods or services in or outside Norway.

Communication and openness
Questions to the Transparency Act shall be directed to compliance@acg.no.

The transparency act entered into force on July 1th 2022 and will promote businesses’ respect for human rights and decent working conditions. We are covered by the law and are obliged to make available our annual report relating to the due diligence assessments that have been made. The report covers, among other things, guidelines and management systems, key findings, and which measures have been implemented.
